The Team:

The a+a training team is made up of practising clinicians such as doctors, nurses and paramedics who work at senior levels and have the experience to deliver high quality, relevant and evidence based education.

a+a training instructors can be found across the Australia and hold professional qualifications to degree level and also have significant appropriate clinical experience. In addition to this, they are handpicked by the company Directors following a strict selection process.

Specific instructors are selected for each individual project in relation to their expertise and location, ensuring that training both in and out of the classroom is of the highest quality standards. A unique feature of the a+a training service is that all healthcare instructors are senior clinicians still practising within the healthcare industry.

Through taking a personal interest in all of the available courses, a+a training can continually monitor and assess the instructors' skills to ensure that they consistently exceed expectations. Feedback is valuable to a+a training and is always obtained from students and then communicated back into the company and used as part of training and development.

Our team is mobile and comes to you with a powerful punch of knowledge and fun in learning. Our team is supported by our senior instructors who provide support, guidance and professional development to the instructor team.
